The Heights is an approximately $550 million redevelopment of the former Hillcrest Golf Club in Saint Paul spanning 112 acres that includes housing and light industrial development that will produce 1,000 jobs and 1,000 homes.

Sherman Associates was selected by the Saint Paul Port Authority to be the lead housing developer delivering the 1,000 homes at The Heights, an approximately $400 million project, in a public, private, and non-profit partnership along with JO Companies and Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity.
